In early December, Phoenix boasts an average high temperature of 69°F and a low of 48°F, typically with sunny skies — perfect for enjoying the great outdoors!.
Phoenix operates on Mountain Standard Time (MST). Since Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time and the Summit takes place in December when the rest of the country is on Standard Time, Phoenix will be:
